Freeland Bourbon was launched in November, 2018. ... Freeland Bourbon is an homage to the South with its compellingly soft caramel, vanilla and spice notes that dance into the whiskey from charred American oak barrels. A final rest in Oregon's Elk Cove Pinot Noir barrels adds an element of Pacific Northwest terroir.
